Praying is not an obligation but an opportunity to contemplate how big and holy and AWESOME is our God.

The church’s role should be one to shepherd and love its people better, especially those who live with depression, anxiety, or a number of other emotional challenges.

A special  friend of mine is walking through breast cancer right now, and she is a great witness for trusting  God during this huge disruption in her life. 

He is in the mundane, the surprises, our fears and difficulties, and in every joy we encounter.

 Have you ever invited yourself into the home of someone who others have distanced from? Maybe we could consider it. There are stories of Jesus calling others to a meal, then teaching his friends about God’s love.

This morning during my bible reading, I was reminded how suddenly God can make all things new and bring light into a dark season.

It was almost as if I could sense God whispering, “My door is never closed– you are always welcome, and my arms are always open, open to everyone.”

 Scripture has much to say about creation. It sings out dramatically, as there are countless verses highlighting the beauty God has created

Is there some mountain in front of you, and you’re not sure what to do? Have you taken this to a place where you are seeking God with all your heart?

It is by stepping into a more intimate relationship we can receive the fullness of the great love God has for each of us.

 Can you recall a time you were blinded by the difficult circumstances or heartache right in front of you?

A tight anchor to Christ keeps us fastened to His solid foundation.

To regret is human; if we’re honest, we all have regrets that come from mistakes or missed opportunities.
