Walking through Fire
A Guest Blog for This Day
A special friend of mine is walking through breast cancer right now, and she is a great witness for trusting God during this huge disruption in her life. Her positivity, vulnerability, and perspective are fueled by God, and during this dark time, she still is like a light shining brightly. She is walking through the fire.
I came across a Joni Erickson Tada blog, and I want to share it with you. Like Daniel and his friends, my friend is walking through her own personal fire.

I would love to hear your thoughts on walking through a difficult situation. Consider becoming immobilized or stuck in such circumstances and what it would mean to walk through it, unbound and with God right by your side.
Would you pray this with me?
Dear Father,
Today I pray for my friends who are walking through difficult situations. At some point, we either are, or have just come out of a challenging season. May we always remember how near You are and we can take Your hand and walk with You right by our side. Thank you for your love that never leaves us. No matter what we experience in Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
If this devotion has spoken to you, I would love to hear how by leaving a comment below or emailing me tracyarntzen@gmail.com.
